One of the things I enjoy about living in Europe is that so often when you visit a city, you go home wanting to throw away half your wardrobe. This is a combination of having a fresh outlook, seeing fantastically dressed Europeans "happy in their skin", and the clothes that are on offer!Cities that come to mind are Munich, Paris, Bologna and recently Zurich.
